為了(le)節能省電(dian)(dian),LED得到了(le)很大的推廣(guang),但LED都需要(yao)有個電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)驅動,其好壞會(hui)直接影響LED的壽命,因此如(ru)何做好一個LED驅動電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)是LED電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)設計者的重(zhong)中之重(zhong)。本文介(jie)紹了(le)一些LED驅動電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)的問題,希望(wang)能夠(gou)對(dui)工(gong)程師提供一點幫助。
1、驅動電路直接影響LED壽命
我們所(suo)說的(de)LED驅(qu)動包(bao)括數(shu)碼(ma)驅(qu)動和類(lei)比(bi)(bi)驅(qu)動兩類(lei),數(shu)碼(ma)驅(qu)動指(zhi)數(shu)字電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路驅(qu)動,包(bao)括數(shu)字調光控制,RGB全彩變幻等。類(lei)比(bi)(bi)驅(qu)動指(zhi)類(lei)比(bi)(bi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路驅(qu)動,包(bao)括AC恒流開關(guan)(guan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源,DC恒流控制電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路。驅(qu)動電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路由(you)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)子元(yuan)件(jian)組成,包(bao)括半導(dao)體元(yuan)件(jian),電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻,電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)容,電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)感等,這些元(yuan)件(jian)都有使用(yong)壽(shou)命(ming),任何(he)一(yi)個器件(jian)失(shi)(shi)效(xiao)都會(hui)導(dao)致整個電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路的(de)失(shi)(shi)效(xiao)或者部分功能(neng)失(shi)(shi)效(xiao)。 LED的(de)使用(yong)壽(shou)命(ming)是5-10萬小(xiao)時,按5萬小(xiao)時算,連續點亮,有近6年的(de)壽(shou)命(ming)。開關(guan)(guan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源的(de)壽(shou)命(ming)是很難(nan)達到(dao)6年的(de),市面上(shang)出售的(de)開關(guan)(guan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源質保期一(yi)般是2-3年,價格是普通電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源的(de)4-6倍,一(yi)般的(de)燈具(ju)(ju)廠是很難(nan)接受(shou)的(de)。所(suo)以LED燈具(ju)(ju)的(de)故(gu)障(zhang)多(duo)為驅(qu)動電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路故(gu)障(zhang)。
2、散熱問題
LED為冷光(guang)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan),工(gong)作結溫(wen)不能超(chao)過(guo)限值,設(she)計(ji)時(shi)還要(yao)(yao)留一定(ding)余(yu)量。整個燈(deng)(deng)(deng)具(ju)(ju)(ju)(ju)(ju)的(de)(de)(de)設(she)計(ji)要(yao)(yao)考(kao)慮(lv)外形(xing)美(mei)觀,安裝方(fang)便,配(pei)光(guang),散(san)(san)熱等很(hen)多方(fang)面(mian)問題(ti),要(yao)(yao)在(zai)(zai)眾(zhong)多因(yin)素(su)中尋求(qiu)平衡點,這樣整體的(de)(de)(de)燈(deng)(deng)(deng)具(ju)(ju)(ju)(ju)(ju)才是最好的(de)(de)(de).LED燈(deng)(deng)(deng)具(ju)(ju)(ju)(ju)(ju)的(de)(de)(de)發展(zhan)時(shi)間(jian)不長,可以借鑒的(de)(de)(de)經驗(yan)不多,很(hen)多設(she)計(ji)都是不斷(duan)完善(shan)的(de)(de)(de)。有些LED燈(deng)(deng)(deng)具(ju)(ju)(ju)(ju)(ju)廠家所用(yong)電(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)為外協或者外購,燈(deng)(deng)(deng)具(ju)(ju)(ju)(ju)(ju)設(she)計(ji)師對電(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)了解不多,給LED的(de)(de)(de)散(san)(san)熱空間(jian)較大,給電(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)的(de)(de)(de)散(san)(san)熱空間(jian)較小。一般(ban)是設(she)計(ji)好燈(deng)(deng)(deng)具(ju)(ju)(ju)(ju)(ju)后(hou)再找(zhao)合適的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)來配(pei)套,這樣就給電(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)的(de)(de)(de)配(pei)套帶來一定(ding)的(de)(de)(de)難度(du)。經常碰到因(yin)燈(deng)(deng)(deng)具(ju)(ju)(ju)(ju)(ju)內部空間(jian)較小或者內部溫(wen)度(du)較高,而且(qie)成本控制較低(di),無法配(pei)到合適電(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)。有些LED燈(deng)(deng)(deng)具(ju)(ju)(ju)(ju)(ju)廠有電(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)研發能力,在(zai)(zai)開始(shi)設(she)計(ji)燈(deng)(deng)(deng)具(ju)(ju)(ju)(ju)(ju)初(chu)期進行評估,電(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)的(de)(de)(de)設(she)計(ji)同步進行,就能解決以上問題(ti)。在(zai)(zai)設(she)計(ji)中要(yao)(yao)綜(zong)合考(kao)慮(lv)LED的(de)(de)(de)散(san)(san)熱和電(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)的(de)(de)(de)散(san)(san)熱,整體控制燈(deng)(deng)(deng)具(ju)(ju)(ju)(ju)(ju)的(de)(de)(de)溫(wen)升,這樣才能設(she)計(ji)出(chu)較好的(de)(de)(de)燈(deng)(deng)(deng)具(ju)(ju)(ju)(ju)(ju)。
3、電源設計中的問題
a,功率(lv)(lv)設計。雖然LED光(guang)效高(gao),但是還有80-85%的熱(re)能損耗,致使燈具內部有20-30度(du)的溫升(sheng),如果室溫25度(du)情況,燈具內部就有45-55度(du),電源(yuan)長時間在(zai)高(gao)溫環境下工作,要保證(zheng)壽(shou)命就必(bi)須(xu)加大功率(lv)(lv)余(yu)量,一般留(liu)到1.5-2倍的余(yu)量。
b,元件選型。燈具內(nei)部(bu)溫度45-55度情況下,電(dian)(dian)(dian)源內(nei)部(bu)溫升(sheng)還有20度左右,則(ze)元件附近的(de)溫度要達到65-75度。有些元件在高(gao)溫情況參數(shu)會飄(piao)移(yi),還有些壽(shou)命會縮短,所(suo)以器(qi)件要選擇能在較高(gao)溫度長時間使用的(de),特(te)別注(zhu)意電(dian)(dian)(dian)解電(dian)(dian)(dian)容和(he)導線。
C,電(dian)(dian)性能設計(ji)。開關電(dian)(dian)源針對(dui)LED的(de)(de)(de)參數設計(ji),主要是恒流參數,電(dian)(dian)流的(de)(de)(de)大(da)小(xiao)決定LED的(de)(de)(de)亮度(du),如果批量(liang)電(dian)(dian)流誤差較大(da),則整批燈的(de)(de)(de)亮度(du)不(bu)均勻(yun)。而且溫度(du)的(de)(de)(de)變化(hua)也能致使電(dian)(dian)源輸出電(dian)(dian)流偏移。一般(ban)是批量(liang)誤差控制(zhi)在+/-5%以(yi)內,才能保證燈的(de)(de)(de)亮度(du)一致.LED的(de)(de)(de)正向壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降(jiang)有偏差,電(dian)(dian)源設計(ji)的(de)(de)(de)恒流電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)范(fan)圍要包含(han)LED的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)范(fan)圍。多個(ge)(ge)LED串連使用時候,最(zui)小(xiao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降(jiang)乘(cheng)以(yi)串連數量(liang)為(wei)下限電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),最(zui)大(da)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降(jiang)乘(cheng)以(yi)串連數量(liang)為(wei)上限電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),電(dian)(dian)源的(de)(de)(de)恒流電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)范(fan)圍要比這(zhe)個(ge)(ge)范(fan)圍稍寬(kuan)些,一般(ban)上下限各(ge)留1-2V余(yu)量(liang)。
d,PCB布(bu)板設計.LED燈具(ju)留(liu)給電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)的尺(chi)寸(cun)較(jiao)小(除非(fei)是(shi)電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)外置的),所以在(zai)PCB設計上要(yao)(yao)(yao)求較(jiao)高(gao),要(yao)(yao)(yao)考(kao)慮(lv)的因素也多。安(an)全距(ju)離(li)(li)(li)要(yao)(yao)(yao)留(liu)夠,要(yao)(yao)(yao)求輸入和(he)輸出(chu)隔離(li)(li)(li)的電(dian)(dian)源(yuan),一次側電(dian)(dian)路和(he)二次側電(dian)(dian)路要(yao)(yao)(yao)求耐壓1500-2000VAC,在(zai)PCB上至少要(yao)(yao)(yao)留(liu)夠3MM的距(ju)離(li)(li)(li)。如果(guo)是(shi)金屬外殼的燈具(ju),則整個電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)的布(bu)板還(huan)要(yao)(yao)(yao)考(kao)慮(lv)高(gao)壓部(bu)分和(he)外殼的安(an)全距(ju)離(li)(li)(li)。如果(guo)沒有空(kong)間保(bao)證安(an)全距(ju)離(li)(li)(li)情(qing)況(kuang)下就要(yao)(yao)(yao)利用其他(ta)措施保(bao)證絕(jue)緣,比如在(zai)PCB上打孔,加(jia)絕(jue)緣紙,灌(guan)封絕(jue)緣膠等。另外布(bu)板還(huan)要(yao)(yao)(yao)考(kao)慮(lv)熱量均衡,發熱元件要(yao)(yao)(yao)均勻分布(bu),不能集(ji)中放置,避免局部(bu)溫度(du)升高(gao)。電(dian)(dian)解電(dian)(dian)容遠離(li)(li)(li)熱源(yuan),減緩(huan)老化,延長使用壽(shou)命。
e,認(ren)證(zheng)(zheng)問題(ti)。目(mu)前國內(nei)還沒有針對LED燈(deng)(deng)具的(de)(de)標準(zhun),國家相關(guan)部門正(zheng)在研(yan)究制訂(ding),國內(nei)銷(xiao)售(shou)的(de)(de)燈(deng)(deng)具認(ren)證(zheng)(zheng)是參照照明(ming)燈(deng)(deng)具的(de)(de)標準(zhun),外銷(xiao)的(de)(de)是做(zuo)CE或(huo)UL等認(ren)證(zheng)(zheng),還有些參照國外的(de)(de)LED燈(deng)(deng)具標準(zhun)來(lai)做(zuo)。所以針對這(zhe)種情況,開關(guan)電源的(de)(de)設計要(yao)同(tong)時滿(man)足以上(shang)的(de)(de)這(zhe)些標準(zhun)是比較(jiao)困難的(de)(de),我們只能針對不同(tong)的(de)(de)要(yao)求(qiu)滿(man)足不同(tong)的(de)(de)認(ren)證(zheng)(zheng)。
4、使用參數。
外購電源在選擇(ze)上主要(yao)看恒(heng)(heng)流(liu)(liu)(liu)和恒(heng)(heng)流(liu)(liu)(liu)的電壓范(fan)圍。恒(heng)(heng)流(liu)(liu)(liu)值(zhi)選擇(ze)為(wei)LED的標準電流(liu)(liu)(liu)偏下。電壓范(fan)圍的選擇(ze)要(yao)適中,盡(jin)量(liang)不要(yao)選擇(ze)較大(da)范(fan)圍,避免功率的浪費。
